台鐵花東實名制車票 744張票半小時搶光
台鐵首次推出花東實名制車票，上午6點開放端午連假當中9日跟12日的網路訂票，短短30分鐘，744張座位全被搶光，有花東居民，就算一早起床訂票，還是沒訂到，不過也有民眾幸運訂到車票，晚上立刻趕到車站取票，開心的讓媒體見證。台鐵說，2日凌晨開始還會有第2波，10日與11日的車票要開放訂購。
台鐵人員：「有一個查詢功能，那邊下面現在有新增一個實名制訂票。」
台鐵人員，一早開始，電話接不完，因為台鐵首次推出花東實名制車票，全面改用網路訂票，讓不熟悉訂票的民眾，紛紛來電詢問，甚至也有民眾一大清早起床，為了訂車票。
台東民眾：「5點半就起來準備了，我覺得這個是好意啦，但是實際上去訂還是訂不到，或者乾脆就專車比較有實質意義。」
花蓮民眾裘小姐：「(你那時候一訂就有票嗎?)不曉得，因為我們一訂就有票啦，可是之前半博客來網路書店夜在那邊等都(沒有)。」
而幸運訂到車票的民眾，晚上立刻開心的到櫃檯取票，看看改為實名制後的花東車票，右下方註記身分證末3碼，還標明車票不得轉讓，也讓這張車票顯得格外珍貴，因為早上6點網路訂票開放後，短短30分鐘，9日與12日兩天總數774張座位已經全部搶光光，現在台鐵預計在6月10日和11日，再加開兩班樹林往返台東的列車，2日凌晨零點開始，就要展開第2波網路和電話語音購票。
民眾：「是一個保障啊！我覺得是很好啊，因為我也常常去花蓮，票其實很難買。」
民眾：「很好啊！避免被黃牛或者是一些不肖業者，大量購買黃牛票。」
花東車票實名制固然是美意，但是購買條件，只限身分證字號U、V開頭居民，等於出生地非花東的當地人，就不符合資格，台東縣議會的副議長陳宏宗的家人，就遇到這個問題。
台東縣議會副議長陳宏宗：「像我兒子出生在台北出生，身分證號碼有的H、有的A，那在這邊長大，這個有叫實名制嗎？這亂來。」
台東縣長黃健庭：「台東縣民他是V開頭身分證V開頭的，大概就有80%，另外20%不是V開頭，但是其實他們也應該都要能夠符合這樣購買的條件才對。」
台鐵運務處營業科視察劉雙火：「這個情況屬於要做人工的一個核對，那地方政府可能都要相互配合之後，才能有一個辦法做得到。」
台鐵坦承，實名制車票要適用在全部居住在花東地區的民眾仍有困難，但台鐵不排除未來擴大實施實名制車票，增加班次，也會把民眾期望的花東專車，納為可能的考量。（民視新聞李育翰、吳政諺、阿布斯、楊仁翔台東花蓮台北報導）
